Three British Muslim men, Ihjaz Ali 41, Javed Omar 37, and Mehboob Hussain 44, accused of spreading the writings containing threats and a call to awaken hatred "sexual orientation". They mentioned have distributed leaflets calling for the death penalty for homosexuals.
In addition to these three men, there are two more of their associates namely Razwan Kabir Ahmed Javed 30 and 27, they have been charged with the same offense on Thursday.
The five men will be presented in court next month for the trial judge ruled his case after case in the district shall be heard at crown court.
