Pope Benedict XVI on Monday (24 / 1) notice to the bloggers , users of Facebook and YouTube to respect others while spreading the message of the Bible, and not merely pursuing an online hit in cyberspace.

"We must realize that truth long since we share not assessed on the basis of 'popularity' or the amount of attention it receives," Benedict wrote in its annual message for the church in the framework of the World Social Communications Day, as reported by the AP (25 / 1).

In presenting the Gospel message, he said, demanded that sensitive communications as well as the attitude of respect.

Pope Benedict did not mention to whom the message was directed. But according to Archbishop Claudio Celli, the message was meant to blog, YouTube channel and online sites owned by conservative Catholic group that often criticizes the bishops, government officials and the policies they value "not Catholic enough."

In his message the Pope again reminiscent of the adverse effects of social media in cyberspace. Although useful, he says, but social media can replace a true friend with false friends, because identity is not necessarily set out the real identity.
